We are pleased to offer complimentary ground shipping for orders delivering within the contiguous United States. The shipping cost displayed at checkout may not reflect all duties, taxes, or fees on international shipments, for which Elizabeth Hooper Studio is not responsible.
RETURNS
We hope you love your Elizabeth Hooper Studio piece. If for any reason it isn't right, full-price merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.
Returned pieces must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. For your protection, all returns should be sent using a trackable and insured shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
FINAL SALE
Custom, special-order, personalized, altered or resized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale and final-sale merchandise is also non-returnable.
Because many Elizabeth Hooper Studio pieces are made and finished by hand, subtle variations in texture, form and finish are inherent to the work and are not considered defects.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the piece and packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement or return at no cost to you.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
REPAIRS + CARE
Elizabeth Hooper Studio jewelry is designed to be worn and lived in. With time and wear, pieces may require maintenance or repair.
If your piece needs attention, please contact us with your order information and photographs of the piece. We will review the repair and provide next steps.
Repairs resulting from a manufacturing issue identified within 90 days of delivery will be repaired at no charge.
Repairs resulting from normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, or damage occurring after the 90-day period may incur a repair fee. Any applicable costs will be communicated and approved before work begins.
Because each piece is individually cast and hand-finished, repaired pieces may retain subtle variations in texture and finish consistent with the character of the original work.
