This handmade, one-of-a-kind ring features a stunning Australian fire opal set in a 24 karat gold vermeil bezel and sterling silver band. Made using the Korean keum-boo technique, in which thin 24 karat gold foil is placed on the object, tacked down by a polished steel burnisher, then pressed over the surface, fixing it permanently in place. A simply stunning, show-stopping heirloom piece.
